How to Setup and Manage Your
Email |
Settings for Outlook or Outlook Express on your computer
- Open Outlook or Outlook Express, click Tools, Accounts,
Add, Mail
- type "your name"
- type your email address "yourname@yourdomain.com"
- type Incoming Mail (POP3): "mail.yourdomain.com"
and for the Outgoing Mail (SMTP): type the smtp mail server
provided by your ISP (eg, mail.comcast.net, mail.bellsouth.net,
etc...)
- type Account name: "yourname@yourdomain.com",
this is your entire email address, then Password: type
the email account password you assigned using the Control
Panel
- Check "Connect using my local area network"
- That's it, click OK and then click Send / Receive to
check your email.

How to check WebMail
Click the WebMail link on this page, or
Login = http://yourdomain.com/webmail
Username = name@yourdomain.com (use the complete email address)
Password = ****** (the email password assigned with
your Control Panel)

How to Empty the Trash in WebMail
- SquirrelMail - Click Delete or Move
To: "INBOX.Trash", then click (Purge) next to
INBOX.Trash to empty the trash.
- Horde - Click Delete or Mark As: "Deleted",
then click Purge Deleted to empty the trash.
If you don't empty the trash, it sits on the server forever!
